Terms & Conditions
- I will require a 50% deposit 1 week prior to your booking. Failure to do this will result in cancellation of your booking to water your garden.
- I will send you an invoice on completion of the service to you. The final invoice should be paid within 2 days of receipt of invoice.
- I will come to your address once per day to water your plants or carry out the service you require. It will be at a time which fits with my schedule, but avoiding middle of the day if exceptionally hot.
- Agua can’t be held responsible if any adverse weather causes damage to your plants or property. Such as storm damage, flooding or extreme heat.
- Agua is fully insured for Public Liability.
- Key collection and return will be arranged between Agua and the client.
- You can cancel your booking up to 1 week before your booking. If you cancel with less than 1 week’s notice, Agua can not refund your deposit.
